Ibukun is a proven leader and business strategist. With six (6) years of business operations experience in South Africa. He is an honors degree holder in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Monash University South Africa and Monash University Australia. In 2019, upon the passing of our company’s founder; ESV. Akinola Olawore, Ibukun was unanimously named his successor by the Estate of Akinola Edwin Olawore and company stakeholders.
As the Group Managing Partner, he is responsible for overseeing all member companies along with the various interests in other organizations the group holds. Ibukun’s primary responsibilities are business development, client services, and operational strategy.

Property & Facility Manager
Olabisi is a certified Estate Surveyor and Valuer. He is a graduate of Estate Management from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, an Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuer and a registered Surveyor and Valuer of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
With a cumulated experience of half a decade as an Estate Surveyor and Valuer with AOC Real Estate Group, his experience spans valuation, Real Estate brokerage, Facility Management, and Property Management, he presently manages a portfolio of high-end properties for the company.
OLUWAFEMI DANIEL OLOWOYEYE
Estate Practitioner
Oluwafemi is a real estate practitioner at AOC Real Estate Group. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos. His love for real estate and academics has pushed him to further study Estate Management at his Masters level which he is presently undergoing.
He has a diploma in project management and also has vast experience in Facilities Management and budgeting. He is motivated by challenges, he likes to embrace them, identify the opportunities, and see things holistically.
KOLAWOLE GABRIEL OLAPADE
Estate Practitioner
Kolawole is a real estate practitioner at AOC Real Estate Group. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management from the Obafemi Awolowo University. He is a determined team member with valuable experience in Valuation, Property & Facility Management.
He is very eager to learn and likes to see the glass half full. He likes networking, meeting new people, and adventures. When he is not working, he is traveling, visiting new places, and hanging out with friends.
